Cellular therapies at Panacea Biomedical Institute encompass a range of regenerative therapies tailored to individual needs. This may involve PRP and structural tissue allografts, such as amniotic fluid, amniotic matrix, Wharton’s Jelly, and umbilical cord tissue. These treatments may or may not contain stem cells, and their selection is subject to compliance with current FDA regulations in the ever-evolving field of regenerative medicine. Your personalized cellular therapy will be determined based on your specific requirements and what is currently permitted by regulatory authorities. Rest assured, we are committed to offering you the safest, most effective, and legally compliant products at reasonable prices, reflecting the care we would want for our own loved ones. Additionally, we may incorporate Cell-Free Cytokine therapy, also known as Exosomes, if legally available and deemed appropriate for your unique profile.
- V cells (VSEL)
- Vascular endothelial stem/progenitor cells (VSELS) are a type of stem cell found in the endothelial lining of blood vessels. These cells have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into various types of cells that make up the inner lining of blood vessels, known as endothelial cells. VSELS play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and function of blood vessels and have been implicated in processes such as angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and vascular repair.
- The VSEL procedure involves the use of pluripotent stem cells extracted from your blood. Once activated the cells are administered via intravenous and, in some cases, intra-articular injections. This procedure has shown promise in addressing inflammation, osteoporosis, and autoimmune diseases.
Prolozone
- Prolozone is a technique that combines concepts from neural therapy, Prolotherapy, and ozone therapy. It involves injecting various combinations of procaine, anti-inflammatory medications/homeopathy, vitamins, minerals, and a mixture of ozone/oxygen gas into degenerated or injured joints, and into other areas of pain (muscles, facets, trigger points, acupuncture points, etc.).
- Ozone is a highly reactive gas because each of its molecules contains three atoms of oxygen instead of the typical two atoms found in a single molecule of oxygen. In essence, Prolozone works by improving oxygen utilization in a localized area of damaged connective tissue, allowing it to heal, and to restore full function
- Ozone also attracts healing cells like fibroblasts and chondrocytes, which initates tissue regeneration. The additional vitamins and minerals in the serum also support the repair of tissues while lowering inflammation levels.
- The result of this combination yields fantastic results. Damaged tissues can often be regenerated, and otherwise untreatable pain can be permanently or semi-permanently treated.
- Conditions that may benefit from prolozone:
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Tennis Elbow
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Arthritis in the joints
- Back pain resulting from damaged vertebra or discs
- Osteoarthritis in the spine, knee, or hips
- Shoulder pain from rotator cuff injuries
- Trauma from playing sports
- Typically, patients may require at least 3-6 treatments spaced at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks for maximum benefit. Severe or very chronic areas may require additional treatments, and or combination with other regenerative options.
